ANNUAL SEASONAL LOTTERY DRAW INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE
THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY EACH YEAR

To All Campers and Members,
Upcoming changes for the 2012 Seasonal Camping Season.
Applications for the 2012 lottery draw may be found on our new website at
www.crawlingvalleycampground.ca and available the beginning of February each year. Please read
agreements carefully as they are legal and binding.
To help eliminate costs, future minutes of meetings and other information will be posted from time to
time or as necessary to our new website.
Please be advised that EID has scheduled to start improvements in sections A & B in September 2012,
therefore the season for sections A & B will be open May 1, 2012 and closed at 2:00 pm September
3, 2012. (four (4) months).
The General Meeting and Lottery draw will be Thursday March 29, 2012 at 6:00 pm at the Bassano
Community Hall. Minutes and Agendas will be provided at the meeting.
